Elite Transportation — Local services in Hot Springs

Upadate: My husband and I used A1 Elite again last September when we went on another trip to Disney. Again, JoAnna and the whole A1 Elite team went above and beyond for us!

Our original trip was booked for early September and we had to reschedule our trip due to weather. They made moving our plans so easy!

When we were able to arrive a few weeks later, everything was perfect! They do an amazing job picking up at the airport, taking us to our hotel, and always making sure we get back to the airport for our return with more than enough time.

We really can not say enough good thing about the team at A1 Elite Transportation! We can't wait to work with them again on our next trip!

My husband and I first used A1 Elite Transportation this summer when we traveled to Orlando for a cruise. We had arranged for a car to pick us up from our hotel near Disney Springs and take us to Port Canaveral. Our driver called us about 30 minutes before our pick up time to let us know that he arrived early, to take our time, and he was ready when we were. When we greeted him outside he had a sign with our names and immediately helped us with our bags. On our hour long car drive, he was so pleasant, telling us about different Florida landmarks we passed and Florida history, he even shared some stories from cruises he and his family had been on.

When we arrived back from our cruise, we had arranged for a van to pick us up along with another couple we had traveled with. We were again met and treated with the same outstanding service.

My husband and I are traveling to Orlando again later this month, and will be using A1 Elite for our transportation from the airport to our Disney Resort.

From day 1 until now this company is outstanding. In June of 2016 I called Elite requesting rates from MCO to Cocoa Beach and from Port Canaveral to Disney World. Joanna was the person I talked to and she was the sweetest lady and went above and beyond what we could ever want. We ended up using the Escalade Stretch what a beautiful car and very relaxing. We were met at the airport with a sign and all then we were driven to our hotel in Cocoa Beach, this was the best transportation for us. We had been on a plane for 8 hours. For our return trip from the Port to Disney was a bit more complicated but Joanna came through for us. Our cruise was cut short due to the hurricane coming towards the Bahama's. We had to scramble on board to make many, many calls to rearrange our reservations. I called Joanna from on board the ship and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She had our car there for us when we got off the ship. On our way home our driver was the same one as before, I believe his name is Jesus, forgive me if I forgot. He was amazing, we fell in love with him. On our way to Disney we ran into the evacuation traffic. Oh well that was to be expected. Jesus let us know that we were going to go another direction and might take a bit longer but might be shorter. With the traffic no one knew. The detour turned out to be shorter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping make a trip a bit more happy. Yes we were at Disney when IRMA hit with full force. Joanna we are so excited to be using your services again next year.

Our sincerest appreciation for an entire year of perfection. Thank you, Joanna and the entire staff of A1 Elite Transportation for your assistance, support, dedication and service for all of 2016. One year ago today, my mother in New Jersey began what would be a long journey from here to her Heavenly Home. For the next six months, we traveled back and forth to New Jersey as often as possible. Joanna was wonderfully supportive and extremely helpful each and every time I called. I knew from our first conversation, we would always have a safe and dependable ride to the airport. We traveled back and forth over ten times. Each time Joanna was helpful, our driver was supportive and professional and all of our experiences were positive. From drop off times before five in the morning to pick up times at nearly three in the morning, each drive was pleasant and relaxing. I can not completely express our deepest appreciation to Joanna, Nidal (one of our favorite young men in the world) and all the others who were so helpful this year. My daughter has now been accepted at NYU. We will continue to travel back and forth many times and will call A1 every time. I wish there were more than five stars on this review.
