UPDATE-05/14/25 Wow, SO I HAVE NOW LIVED HERE SOOO LONG, I can’t believe it’s been like over 10 years!!!! I definitely wasn’t planning on being here so long AT ALL, but like I said in my post back at the beginning-I have just LOVED IT HERE, it’s met most of my needs, it’s been SO SAFE, so EASY, and I have loved most all of my neighbors!!! I STILL DON’T HAVE ANY BIG COMPLAINTS besides the NORMAL bothers of living in a COMMUNITY SETTING; things like NOT EVERYONE PICKING UP THEIR DOG’S POO or SOMETIMES DRIVING A LITTLE TOO FAST, things like that…However, for EVERY “complaint” ONE MIGHT HAVE HERE, I can ABSOLUTELY COME BACK WITH MANY GREAT ATTRIBUTES AND COMPLIMENTS FOR FORREST HILLS AND THE TEAM WHO MANAGE AND DO MAINTENANCE!!! The EMPLOYEES HERE ARE TRULY WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT AND HONESTLY, the MAIN REASON FOR MY PROLONGED RESIDENCY.. AS I STATED IN MY FIRST REVIEW,, THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT WAS AND STILL IS TOP NOTCH! The employees here ARE ABSOLUTELY THE REASON WHY FORREST HILLS CONTINUES TO BE THE BEST RENTAL COMMUNITY IN HOT SPRINGS AND BEYOND! The OFFICE STAFF HAVE CHANGED UP since I moved in, BUT THE DEDICATION, HONESTY, HARD WORK AND KINDNESS HAVE NOT! The newest employee, Bailey -Assistant Manager, fits right in and helped to make Jamie Grome”s transition to Manager TOTALLY SMOOTH! Ms Grome has proved herself to be A NATURAL AS A MANAGER and a LEADER. BAILEY AND JAMIE both live on property and in my opinion, that makes a huge difference. They truly care about Forrest Hills and the people who live here!!! Whatever affects the residents affects them too and they work hard to make this such a great place!! I also can’t say enough about how PLEASANT AND HARD WORKING THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS! It seems like NOTHING FAZES THEM, and they attend to Work Requests PROMPTLY and “ghost like”…I USUALLY AM ONLY AWARE THAT THEY’VE BEEN HERE BECAUSE WHATEVER NEEDED ATTENTION IS FIXED!!! They are always so helpful and willing TO ASSIST IN WHATEVER I ASK and they’ve ALWAYS BEEN SO POLITE AND PATIENT. FORREST HILLS BIGGEST ASSETS, it’s Employees, and the force that makes it Such a great place to live and why I’ve found it hard to leave here. 10 years after my first review and I’m still a satisfied Resident. A big thank you from me!

After months of visiting and inspecting every available choice of rental community in the area, I moved into Forrest Hills. As soon as I entered one of the apartments, I knew I'd found my new home. I was completely amazed by the many features and special touches in every apartment, setting FORREST HILLS APART FROM ALL THE OTHERS. From the tall, beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops and matching black appliances, to the large windows and fans in every room. Recessed lighting throughout is definitely a plus and the huge sliding glass doors in the living room fill the space with natural light. Taller ceilings make the rooms seem larger and every apartment has a washer and dryer. One of THE BEST FEATURES about FORREST HILLS is the management! I've never met such a kind, friendly, outgoing and professional management team. They make living here...

I moved to Forrest Hills from California, to say the least it was a hectic and stressful move! The management team, maintenance and cleaning teams were the BEST to work with, they were so accommodating and were able to check off ALL of my requests before moving in. Bailey from the front office was my contact the whole way through, she answered all of my questions - even the ones I asked multiple times 😅

I was nervous since I wasn't able to see my unit prior to the move in, but I was pleasantly relieved. It was clean, freshly painted, and smelled wonderful. After an initial inspection, I had maintenance come down and replace a few small things, like a faucet head, and etc. I submitted the request at 5pm, and they were there first thing the next morning. Not only that, Michael who works on the maintenance team, helped me move a very heavy piece of furniture up the stairs!

I decided to rent with Forrest Hills purely because of word of mouth. Many friends and family members recommended this place and I am so so glad I listened.

Now, I am a realist and do understand not everywhere is perfect, so here are a couple "cons" I ran into so far: Like MANY apartments, the walls can be thin. I've only noticed noise from other units when they are being abnormally loud (having guests over, sports games, etc) - but - unlike some units I have stayed in prior years, I can't hear my neighbor flush! (yay) Outside doors. I am rather privileged to have stayed in complexes with Hallway Living, which was important due to safety for us. However, I DO feel very safe here in Forrest Hills and in Hot Springs altogether. And after being here, I feel much better about it, so this is personal preference!

Regardless of the "cons" I found, which are all subjective, I am so happy with my stay here at FH so far, and I am so thankful for the kind management and...

I have been living at Forrest Hills Apartment for 2months now, and I wanted to share my experience.

From the moment I moved in, I have felt welcomed and at home. The staff here are incredibly friendly and responsive. Whenever I have had a maintenance request or a question, they have addressed it promptly and professionally. It’s reassuring to know that management genuinely cares about the residents.

The amenities offered at the complex are fantastic. I particularly enjoy the gym, pool which are well-maintained and add a lot of value to my living experience. The outdoor spaces are also lovely, providing a great area to unwind or socialize with neighbors.

The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed. It’s clear that attention to detail was given in the design and upkeep of the units.

While no place is perfect, I have found that the positives far outweigh any minor inconveniences. The community atmosphere is friendly, and I have made some great connections with my neighbors.

Overall, I highly recommend Forrest Hills Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live. It’s truly been a great experience for me, and I look forward to continuing my...
