They take your order and the product you bring in yourself and listen to exactly how you'd like your meat to processed. Make sure your getting your meat from someone of good quality! If you can't find a good healthy cow give them a shout they'd be glad to help you find the best because they are the best! Great communication, friendly, helpful explaining the cuts we would get. Let me tell you: this is the best quality meat we have purchased in years! Wrong on so many levels:

1. took 3 weeks to get the deer processed (initial quote was 14 days)
2. ordered polish sausage, Italian sausage, and jalapeno sausage in links/casing. Got summer sausage and Italian sausage only, and in big freezer bags.
3. was $125 for the wrong processing and late completion.

No thanks. I should have just done it myself, now I have a bunch of frozen Italian sausage packaged in an unusable way. ...
