Ordered burger, fries, water and chicken cracklings.. Burger was NOT cooked all the way.. 🤨 bread was falling apart as I tried to eat my partially cooked burger No ketchup for the fries and my water was tap instead of bottled 😱 As for the chicken cracklings… HORRIBLE! They were WAY over cooked and fell apart like dry dust in your mouth … all you tasted was dry salty seasoning 🤢 No meat just crumbled in your mouth and tasted like fried batter! First time ordering & my last ! Had a 6 hour drive ahead of me when I picked up my food…waste of $20! Had to stop down the road at a Taco Bell for something decent to eat ! Was driving down 90 stopping to get cracklins to take to my grandmother for her birthday. Not only was the shop not open at the correct time but the worker who was late that drives a street bike passed us and many others going 100+ mph putting the lives of every person on the road in danger. It was honestly one of the scariest experiences of my life. My whole family was in the car including my child who is just a year old. Our hearts were still racing when we pulled in to the parking lot to see the place closed and the street bike that almost killed us taking off his helmet and going inside. I love chicken cracklins. And was driving through and seen signs all down the side of the road saying world famous chicken cracklings and stoped by to try them. They were the worst I've ever had ever. And the other food we got there wasn't good either and was like it was cooked the day before or I dare say 2 days prior that's how bad. The produce and other stuff they had was fresh and looked good and was priced good. And it was a nice little place to stop. Everything else was fine. Just dont say world famous if your not sure.
