Marcel's Supermarket — Local services in Houma

Today was my 1st time ever visiting this store. I typically pass it heading home if I'm coming from the city. I was trying to avoid going to Walmart, seeing as I was passing the store I stopped. I was not greeted upon entering but I took it as the cashier was busy. I saw a few workers in the back. I looked around for some items but couldn't find what I was looking for. When a worker came from the back area I asked her where the salt meat was located. She wasn't very friendly with her reply. She nastily said right in front of me. I'm not familiar with the packaging of their product. I walked around searching for items. There were stockers on the floor but no one asked me if I needed any help. I went home to cook the items and as I'm cutting the sausage I can tell that it's not even though the packing says it expires in December. I will add pics of the meat and receipt. Went to Marcel's yesterday and I asked this old lady about a product that supposed to be on sale.and she got really rude with me this was the third time she has done this to me.so I got really upset and said what was on my mind.when I got home I called and talked to whoever answered the phone she was really apologizing to me about the incident.so I went back today and looking for the same sale items again didn't have the items again and the sale just started yesterday.then the owner Chad Marcel comes up to me and says I heard you had a lot to say yesterday and I said yes I did.didnt even want to hear my side of the story just sat there with a smile on his face and kicked me out the store. Me and my family went on a quick trip to get some meat for a carne asada we were having and the experience was quite pleasurable for first time. The store is very clean and the aisles are nicely spaced. They had a variety of things and it was all organized neatly and accordingly. The store also has a nice feeling some make stores make you feel rushed but this one gives you a calm and relax feeling the bakery was also up and running which was a cool thing to see. They only had 3 cashiers open but it wasn't too busy so we came put pretty quickly great first...
