Adelaide's Boutique — Local services in Houston

I could express how thankful I am to the staff at this boutique. I needed to purchase a gift while in Dallas, and the item I was looking for was sold out. Several locations apparently could not keep stock of this particular gift, and Adelaide happened to have it. I was able to contact the store and speak with Leslie. She was genuinely helpful and advised that I purchase the item as it was limited in stock and would be sold out soon.

Sure enough, the item did sell out the very same day I called. I was able to purchase before it happened. The owner of the store was accommodating and assisted with getting the item transferred over from their League City store closer to the Clear Lake store.

I am relieved and happy I was able to purchase the gift and cannot wait to get it over to the recipient who has had this on their wishlist for a while.

I'm so glad I found this store and was also happy to see that they carry Rifle Paper Co, Capri Blue, Lollia, Gorjana, and more. This is a perfect boutique, and I look forward to returning...

I was excited to stop in since I pass by often. I always love supporting local businesses BUT I am all about customer service. I entered the store and WAS NOT greeted or acknowledged in any way. I must have been in there browsing for about 15 to 20 minutes and nothing. Another woman and her daughter walked in and they were acknowledged because I heard it and saw it and made me feel like I must be invisible in this store. I actually saw a few things I like and would have purchased but I'd rather spend where I am acknowledged and welcomed. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back. EVERY customer no matter what should be acknowledged...

I love the selection of unique gifts and all of the ladies who work there are wonderful! They really helped me out during the height of COVID in delivering presents for family nearby right to their door. They always are helpful in suggesting gift options if needed too. Plus they will wrap your purchase very nicely if it’s a gift-you can give it to your loved one straight out of the store with no fuss!...
