PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!!! RENT RATES TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!! ........ ATTENTION:::: There has always been gunshots heard, car theft, break ins, armed robberies, loud music, disturbances of the peace, attempted robberies and vandalism.

My car parts, tires and rims were stolen off my car during the night while I was sleeping on more than one ocassion. NO SECURITY OFFICER!!!! NEVER SAW SECURITY OFFICER EXCEPT ONE TIME DURING MY ENTIRE LEASE!!! Some other various tenants véhichles were left on the concrete ground as well since the theives had stolen all 4 of their tirès and rims too. This repeatedly happened numerous times. Not to mention, they were never willing to allow me out of my lease to move elsewhere with out paying the rest if the lease out plus a resletting fee....If I had just moved out without notice then it would be counted against me in an apartment community data base and reflect as negative apartment rental credit and broken lease.

I was denied being let out of my lease and had to fulfill my entire lease agreement.

Management and property management never did anything about these multiple incidents that took place, except give advice to make a police report.

My mail box was broken into several times and my checks were stolen.

The entry gates are constantly broken and left open and anyone has entry access to the property when the entry gates are inoperable.

Upon viewing the model apartment I was told that I could not view the actual apartment that I would actually be leasing but I was promised to have an apartment exactly like the model that was shown.

The day that I picked up my keys up and went to move into my apartment, I realized that to my surprise, the apartment that they had actually leased to me was definitely nothing like the model apartment they initially showed me.

In fact it was most disgusting and they refused to do anything about it.

Maintenance, property management & management was à total nightmare at this property. Nothing was ever repaired or replaced. But rent was always paid in full, never late, demanded and mandatory.

ROACHES, MOLD & MILDEW were always à problem but management did not àknowledge or take responsibility for any of these ongoing problems....I have plenty of pictures to show....... SEE 377...

OK so I'm currently a resident and one of the neighbors broke into my apartment and stole some electronics and my rent money I did a police report and I went and told the front office the ltitle kids mom is not the one registered as the resident in that apartment her sister put it under her name because she's a ghetto lady that's been kicked out from all her other apartments plus all her kids taken away from dcfs her boyfriend does alot of car and rims stealing the mom uses drugs they have like five people living in one apartment and her son stealing from everyone so my point on saying all this is that I brought it to the managers attention and nothing has been done about it they also broke into the leasing office and stole everyone's rent money so to the owner that responds saying bring it to the leasing office attention I have done as you say so we're are you at so you can get the job done for them every time you let all this criminal activity go on it doesn't only affect us it affects you too because they broke your leading office glass window and you obviously had to pay for I heard a lot of stuff they want to do to your property so if I was you I would put a stop to this stuff going on before you stay without a property I'm a family person and I wish you would take some consideration for all the good residents family and children safety with this being said I don't recommend no one to come rent from here because if your going to work hard to pay your rent is for you to be living calmly and at peace and neither does happens here they always ignored the tenants complaints when we are the ones working hard to pay the rent and not break a lease to mess up a good resident record I recommend everyone trying to rent here to look for a better safer place to live no need to throw our hard working money to the trash in DRISCOLL...

For people currently looking, I only toured the apartments and honestly that was enough for me. They kept bringing up the "deals" for moving in and yea it's a reason for that. On their website you see these really nice black appliances and seemingly nice apartment. The apartment looks dead when you get there. Toured the apartment and smelled like old fish. The appliances where white and dingy. They had a washer and dryer in there, the dryer looked ready to break if I touched it. So at this point I continue to walk as a courtesy. I go into the closet and I'm just checking doors, roaches start crawling down the door. That'll do it for me. I turned around ready to leave and the woman is telling me someone else business and how late they are on things. Also I saw comments about towing and yea they probably work with towing companies. Which is sad you can tell its somewhat low income. She also said no one comes out much because they know the rules. Those are grown people paying rent, not children. There's no way I'm paying rent somewhere and I can't sit outside my stuff. Nothing was good about the apartment. If you absolutely need an apartment and have no...
