JodyCakes out did herself with My remarkable Red Vegan Birthday Cake. It was a phenomenal hit! EVERYONE who attended my birthday dinner LOVED THE CAKE. Even other guests at the restaurant were in awe at how beautiful it was. They literally stopped and stared. The wait staff thought the cake was so beautiful they kept hinting at wanting to try some- I couldn’t resist sharing a piece with them. EVEN the bar tender came across the building to compliment it- so he got a slice too. BUT the biggest shock to them all was that it was a 100%Vegan Red Velvet Cake. I was the only vegan their amongst southern born non-vegans- To impress their palate was a goal of mine and Jody Cakes Delivered. My guests were shocked. This was the most beautiful cake I have even had in my life!...

I reached out to Jody’s Cakes for an Elmo-themed eggless cake for my son’s birthday, since I’d heard Jody specializes in allergy-friendly baked goods. The cake (red velvet and vanilla) was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests were surprised it didn’t have eggs, and even a friend who usually doesn’t enjoy red velvet loved it. Jody was so knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. I’d definitely order from her again for future family...

While I cannot write this review over the tasting of the cake I wanted, I am writing this review on the customer service or lack there of my husband experienced. After reaching out via email and going unresponsive, he reached out to inquire yet again on a cake I wanted to try and was met with rudeness by I would assume is the owner.
