Accessible as one of the Space Center Houston tram tours at no extra cost. Upon entry, go to the service desk and ask for the Astronaut Training Facility Tram Tour. At your allotted time, board the tram, which will take you to the Johnson Space Center Building 9. Inside, you will take an elevated walkway to view the actual module mockups of the International Space Station, the Starliner, the Soyuz, and other space programs. It is worth the trip. This was part of the tickets if going to the Johnson Space Center, no added cost on top of the regular price. It was a fantastic tour and the tour guide was fantastic. So knowledgeable. We learned a lot and didn't want it to end. She drove us all over the site to see things and then most of the time was spent in the mockup station where training happens. We got to watch things going on in there for quite some time as the tour guide spoke.
