I had one of the worst experiences at the post office today 77062 El Camino. I stood in a line with one person working the window, many people behind me. Eventually, another employee came out wearing at T/shirt that said “if you find me disrespectful, then stop finding me” , inappropriately dressed for the post office. That message set the tone for the service I received. I informed her that I had 30 medium sized pre paid labeled boxes in my car and that I needed a cart to bring them in for scanning. She told me she couldn’t help me with a cart and to go to back dock, so I did. At the dock, I waited again. When someone finally appeared, she asked why I was back there, and I explained that the lady at front counter told me to go there. She was very upset, but eventually brought out a cart and it was heavy and could fall over the broken dock. Then I was left alone to climb a four foot loading dock in heels and load 30 boxes myself. Several postal employees walked by without offering any assistance. Not one single person acknowledged how unsafe or inappropriate this was. Someone there walking by told me to next time dress in tennis shoes? I had no idea I was going to climb a dock. Unbelievable. To make matters worse, seven hours later, none of the 30 packages are scanned in. I rely on the post office for my business and this was the first and now only time I will ever use this post office on El Camino 77062. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I would appreciate a response back immediately.

2024 Three missing packages this week alone, yet status says delivered at parcel box. Guess what, there's nothing there when I opened the parcel box with the key that was placed in my mailbox. This is about the 12th time this year and it's barely February! 2023 Update:Yet another delivery lost... This must be the 15th time this year alone! Status says delivered at the mailbox, go to check the mailbox and a key to the bigger mailbox box is there. Open the larger mailbox and it's about 6 packages for my neighbor. Our packages nowhere to be found after weeks. 2022 Update:NEVER in the 22 years we've been at this address have we had problems like the last couple of years. I have heard many neighbors say the same thing numerous times. There have been several times when I had a package placed in my mailbox that I couldn't even get out due to the size of the box. See the pictures I posted. Unbelievable!

For months now nearly every day I along with many of neighbors from Bay Knoll have had to go to the post office to pick up our mail. What makes it worst is the lack of professional from some of the staff working at the counter. If I could give ZERO stars, I definitely would. Ms. Thuloan, the Asian clerk at the counter, is the only employee working and assists the customers. The African American lady with glasses and braids that wears an orange Apple watch AND the Hispanic clerk that wears the badge with the name of Perez along with the Anglo lady that is supposedly the supervisor all sit in the back room and are heard laughing and talking. They do not come up to the front to assist Ms. Thuloan. Which consequently, Ms. Thuloan has to turn away people who have passport appointments and walk-ins. I had an appointment last week on Friday and Ms. Thuloan was running the ship all alone and the line was long. I waited for 1 hour for my passport appointment when Ms. Thuloan said, "come back on Monday, not today, yeah not today." I told her, "ma'am, my appointment is today and I have been here for one hour waiting and the system does not have appointments for Monday at this location." I waited for another 20 minutes and she did not process the application. She said, "Come back on Monday, I help you on Monday even if no appointment." I left disappointed because when I asked to speak to the supervisor, Ms. Thuloan did not listen nor look at me. I returned on Monday at 10AM and there was already a long line. I stood in line and when she noticed me and said, "Uh, not today. Come back tomorrow [Tuesday]". Again, same story I was there for a long time and she did not process my application. Tuesday morning, I show up again along with my husband a NASA employee who was ready to speak to the supervisor. Again, Ms. Thuloan was running the post office alone and she saw me with my envelope and said, "Not today, sorry not today. Come tomorrow [Wednesday]." This time my husband said, "Oh, yes it will processed TODAY!" And we stayed in line for a long time because Ms. Thuloan was working the front desk alone. Voices could be heard from the adjacent wall but no one helps Ms. Thuloan. After a long while, Mr. Perez and Ms. Black African lady with braids and an orange Apple watch who does not wear a name badge, come out and take their positions at the counter. The line was operating much faster. Ms. African American lady with the braids and Apple watch was so fast to ask if we, the passport applicants, wanted to report our situation to the supervisor. I honestly think the problem is not Ms. Thuloan. The problem is that the employees are not working and they leave the job to Ms. Thuloan alone. Although I was frustrated with Ms. Thuloan for sending me home when I had an appointment, she was not able to do EVERYTHING and probably had no choice but to send passport applicants home. Ms Thuloan is a little rude and did not want to help a Spanish-speaking customer therefore I offered to help the Hispanic woman. This post office needs improvement ASAP! We have a wonderful community in the area and the post office in the El Camino Real location is not a reflection of the Clear Lake/El Camino Real community. There are so many responsible people needing a job and they definitely need to get rid of some of these who work at this...

I was expecting a delivery of prescription medicine. When it did not arrive, I followed the tracking number provided by the shipper. According to the information on the post office site, the package was received at Albert Thomas Post Office on Nov. 14, 2015. Then it said that the package was delivered to the mailbox at my house at 11:04 am on Nov. 16, 2015. The package was NOT delivered. In fact, my mail never arrives until the afternoon, so 11:04 is questionable in the first place. I called the post office in attempt to locate the package. After ringing at least a dozen times, the phone was finally answered but I was put on hold and nobody ever returned. This service is unacceptable. The service is also unacceptable when you go to the post office in person. The lines are long and slow. Often there is only one person at the counter for a line that is out the door. Plus when you need to pick up a package you wait for 10 minutes to an hour for someone even to come to the door where you are told to wait. What can be done about this post office?

UPDATE: I finally got through to the manager of this post office. After checking his records, he insisted that the package had been scanned by the carrier when it was delivered at ll:04 am on Nov. 16. It was not delivered. My pharmacy company said they needed something in writing from the post office that the package was not delivered or received in order to replace the prescription. The post office refused to give me anything because they say it was delivered. Fortunately, I had one more refill remaining and the company agreed to refill that early. This means that my medication will run out 90 days before it should and I will need to contact my doctor for a new prescription. I know this package was not delivered. I received a lot of mail on Nov. 16, but no package. This is so totally frustrating!!! This post office location needs a complete house cleaning - new management, new employees, continual oversight until it has improved performance.

UPDATE #2: I became aware that another package, this one from Amazon, had not been delivered. I went to Amazon, got the tracking number, and traced it through the USPS site. According to USPS, this package - which would have been large - was delivered on the same day and at the same hour as the lost medication. This never happened! Neither package was delivered. This was a Saturday. My mail does not come until late afternoon on Saturday (or any day), though USPS said the package was delivered at 11:04 am. I was home all day and would have been aware of a package the size of the one from Amazon. Neither package was delivered to my address. Either the delivery person delivered both packages to the wrong address, stole them, or dumped them. I asked my pharmacy to use United Parcel Service when they replace my medication; unfortunately this is impossible...

They make you pick a star but it's a --O STARS FOR THIS POST OFFICE... I 've been waiting on a package for the last 10 days . i put a note on my gate to inform the carrier , just drop my package over the gate in a secure place. Has never been a problem. So i have been track all the way from China to San Francisco on the 11th of July, 2017. Then on July 12th at 11:20 am it arrived at my post office 77062. And on the tracking info shows to have been attempted to deliver to my house on July 12th at 11:41 am . Some 19 minutes from coming from the post office. The tracking info says NO SECURE LOCATION AVAILABLE , so they leave with no notice. The company , i purchased from ask me if i got the package . I said NO. So i requested a delivery change of date for the July 13th. July 13th came and went. So I track package and there is no sign of it anywhere. So , Saturday morning , i go to the post office to pick up my package and I give them the tracking number and they say hold on while we locate it. After one hour of continous back and forth they said they could not find my package. So I called over the weekend with hold time 1 hour. So I wait til Monday morning to call for my package and this rude woman rhonda answered the phone and ask what i needed . I said i need to see if my package had been found . I gave her the tracking number and she put me on hold for 20 minutes . Came back to the phone , no it not here . I ask what am i suppose to do. She said call back at 9:00 am ., after she spoke to the carrier. So i called back at 9 am. In which there was no answer , it rang 30 times. So went to the post office , rang the door bell at the blue door. This grouchy woman comes to the window, ask what do you need . I need to see if my package has been found. She looked at my papers , then went to look, came back said No. She ask me if they called me , I said no ma'am . I said they wont because you don't care about the customer. It's just a job. I ask to speak to a supervisor , and they were all in a meeting , go figure. I ask what am suppose to do about your errors . She said file a claim . So I did . But thought I would try to see if the could locate my package later today. They said there internet was down. I think this has been my worst experience with a post office , I have ever seen . JUST RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN. They just are there for their pay check , who cares about the customer.. They need to look into removing the post master at this location, because of the reviews that I have been reading today. They lose so much mail and just do not care to help there customers... They say just go online if you have problem. What happen to customer service. If you go there you will leave with a bad taste in...
