Place was beautifully organized, but my experience was not the greatest. I picked up one of those rubber stress balls, that have the sticky slime in it that's a different color then the rubber outside with the white string around it that causes a bubbles when you squeeze it. The second one I picked up as I squeezed it, the inside oozed onto my hand. Don't get me wrong if I squeezed it to hard or was stretching it and being rough, I can understand. However I didn't do that, it didn't even pop, it was like it had already previously had popped and I didn't notice until it was too late. I walked to a worker and he helped me the best he could with a trash for the ball and a paper towel for my hands, since the bathrooms were out of order, fully understandable. He then walked to the back and told his coworker that another ball popped and she yelled to us that since we broke it we had to buy it. I fully understand that policy and if I was rough housing with it then 100% absolutely I should have to pay. But that's not what happened. I wish it could have been looked more into, because when I called back I said I barely squeezed it and it was an accident, she yelled back "well then you shouldn't have been playing with it"?? I'm sorry but it's a stress ball? That's how you know if your going to buy it or not. Her not believing me is understandable since we probably just seemed like kids messing around and lying to get out of it. Although I would have appreciated her seeing it was an accident, I don't really care it was only like $1.50. I'm more upset that even the guy that helped me said "another ball" and when he checked us out he said it's not the first time it happened. I'm sorry but maybe don't have them out where children could grab them break it and probably eat it then?? Something bad could seriously happen. I'm upset that I had to go through it, but hey if it's policy whatever, but something should definitely be done about them being out, or a sign should be put up or something. Unless it's a scam to get more money, then warning to you shoppers, don't touch them. Also since we weren't done shopping I went through and cleaned up anything that had dripped the best I could with the paper...
Read moreWe went in there for our first time and was just looking at things and we found these squeezable stress balls in the front that you can buy and we went to squeeze them and one of them broke and my sister went to go tell the worker that it broke and she continuously apologized and she only squeezed it once and it popped and the worker told the manager that another ball broke and the manager yells that is we broke it we buy it. I do not agree with this whatsoever. She barely squeezed the ball and if they pop easy why even have them out where children can get a hold o f them? The workers...
Read moreCurrent management as of July 2025, is a joke. You ask for broken down boxes and you're told it's not allowed any longer. Really?? That would make it the first and only business to be doing this that I've ever been aware of. When I called a different location, there was no problem requesting them....
