This review is one of 2. One is for the delivery guy (CHARLES) and one for the customer service department. #1 CHARLES was absolutely outstanding. He was on time, very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. He had a great attitude and ultimately treated us as if we were his own family. He was a pleasure to talk to and made the time spent with picking up the equipment enjoyable rather then just showing up, not saying hello, picking up what he had to pick up and being gone as if it were a bother. We feel Charles will go far if given the opportunity as he should be promoted to management in order to make the time spent on the phone with them as enjoyable as it was dealing with himself. PLEASE! AMS, if you ever listen or read anything, do yourself the favor of putting Charles in a position that gives him the ability to train others to be like him. Your customer service truly needs a permanent positive fix and not just a bandage to cover it.. there’s no question Charles could do it and no question your company needs it. ( please read #2 part as the review for customer service) we did it this way so it was clear to everyone that while Charles and those delivering medical equipment are hard working and Charles was just doing his job but yet did it so well and all while being so respectful and understanding as well as it was clear he was not putting on a show and just being himself , we did not want him confused with or being made any part of what we will be leaving as a review for customer service. Read moreThis review is a few days late because we just got my mother home from the hospital. NATE was amazing. Not only did he meet me at the home, prior to my mother's discharge, he also then came to the hospital with me, and talked us both through a safe discharge and trip home. NATE really went above and beyond explaining everything so clearly, and letting us know how to reach out for assistance if we did have questions. No questions yet because he set everything up and showed us how to use everything. We have never used anything like this before and it's our first time having a family member on oxygen. NATE showed us how to handle it all relatively easily and made us feel very comfortable. Thankful for the company, would surely recommend.i also recommend you request NATE as your tech. Professional, knowledgeable, and really cares about you and your quality of life. He was efficient but also willing to spend the time to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable. Read moreThey get a 1 star bc you cant give a lower rating, they deserve a zero or neg number. I was diagnosed w a horrible sleeping disorder and needed immediate equipment assistance. Advanced Medical Solutions, got it the prescription and took 5weeks to deliver the equipment. 2weeks of which was waiting for them to give a half hearted delivered canned speech about how to use the machine(that comes w video on its use) The machine I did get is sold online for 1/6th the cost they charge for it and available the next day. This was not a hard Bipap machine to find and w a prescription many sources would have had it at my door the next day w assistance at the ready and supplies and repair just as easily accessible. BUT my insurance insisted I bought from a local supplier, that worked out of an old barn distribution warehouse, rather then an online distributor.
