Nex-Tech — Local services in Hoxie

We always have problems with this company. The latest issue being with my payment. I accidentally called nextech wireless to pay my bill instead of nextech internet. Apparently they are two different companies somehow. You need an account number to pay online, so it shouldn't be a big deal if you dial the wrong one...except they ended up taking the payment for some reason. I didn't realize I made that mistake for a month until they shut my internet off. The couldn't just transfer the payment to the internet side because they claimed they are separate. That's nonsense anyway because if you have both their internet and their phones you can bundle them for a discount. You also only have one payment. That's fine though I understand as flawed as this company is mistakes like this are common. The problem is have with the situation is my payment still hasn't been returned from nextech wireless and they charged me a reconnection fee on top of my 2 month payment.
