My family and I were in the middle of an 8 hour trip. We stopped to get food at the globe restaurant right across from your store. I’m sure you won’t forget this as you we’re exceptionally nasty to my 7 year old daughter when her gum ball rolled into your store. You kicked her out because she was “destroying your property”. When I asked you to retrieve the gum ball you graciously did so which was likely the kindest moment of the whole interaction because then you proceeded to flick the gum ball across the floor so I had to chase it. As I stared you in you in the face, for lack of words for such an unkind gesture, all you could muster was “really”. I’m not sure what God you pray to at night, but I know mine is very sad about all of this. My family did nothing wrong for you to be so unkind. But as I said, you are the one that has to live with your actions. I am giving you a one star rating it would be less if I could. There is no need to treat fellow humans this way, let alone a CHILD. I hope you never have to encounter someone as unkind...

Seeing how I’ve never done a “proper” review of Freedom Thirteen Cycle, I figured I’d jump on here and give one. What can I say except they are the BEST shop around for all your riding needs. Every time we walked through the door it’s been a positive experience. We bought my wife’s riding boots from there and I’ll always remember Bryon going out of his way to find her size. We’re talking going through the boxes of inventory to find a match. Sadly Holly no longer designs patches, BUT she pointed people in the right direction of someone who does. Although she does continue to sew on patches and was super helpful with my wife and I on locations of placing certain patches on our leathers. I love this place. The staff is willing to deal with you an price. And on occasion will sweeten the pot. For example last fall I bought a $300 coat so they threw in the matching gloves. And this time around my girlfriend got a vest but needed another inch or two so they gave her a free pack of laces to give some breathing room.
