In Jauary 2022 my 19 year old niece took $2500 she saved and a loan out for $5500 for a 2012 equinox for $7500 so she could get to work. She was so excited. Drove 250 miles and the engine was blown. She was so dissapointed after spending all her savings and taking a loan to only drive to work a dozen times. Keagan asked for an estimate and said he would see what he could do. It was provided to him and now he has been blowing her and the family off for weeks with no return call. There's a dozen class action suits against gm for this years model. Gm had so many complaints they extended the warranty for this years model to 7.5 years/120000 miles to replace the engines 4 piston assemble. This engine is expected to last 100,000-150,000 miles according to vehiclehistory.com. Had a 150,000 miles when he sold it to a 19 year old girl. $7500? Probably came from the car auction. And theres nothing he can do? How about returning her phone call at least! And no vehicle inspection? And It had a tick when she got it home. Just punch in 2012 equinox 2.4 liter motor and read page after page of why not to buy this motor. Read all the gm bulletins on how to address these motor issues. Thin pistons. Oil consumption blown head gasket timing chain. How could you not see this information when looking up the vehicle to price it? That's dirty....
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would! Terry assured us that he doesn't sell junk. The minivan we bought from him was complete junk! Within a month the transmission went out. We were informed when they were working on the transmission that we were missing the crankshaft pulley bolt. We were lucky our engine was still running. So it had to go straight to another shop for that to be installed. The mechanics also informed us that the motor is a junk yard motor. The transmission bolts for the top of the transmission were not even screwed in. They were apparently just sitting on the top of the transmission. Terry had told us that the van had been fully serviced and inspected. We also felt very pressured into buying it. He had the paperwork ready when we got there and would not negotiate price. When I told him about the transmission and the missing bolt, he told me that there was nothing that he would do. He buys trade ins from other dealerships and sells them as is. We will most definitely NEVER be buying from him again and encouraging everyone we know NOT to buy from...
Read moreWas a little apprehensive at first at doing a deal remotely since I’m over 2 hrs away, but I received all sorts of photos and videos to feel comfortable with the new Jeep before I drove all the way in. Was also great, got to do most the prep paperwork before I got there so was in and out in under an hour. Would for sure buy again, have had zero issues with the new car and they have done a great job following up to make sure I was happy with...
