To the owners of this establishment I would be EMBARRASSED by your daughter. I was at the flea market when I was approached by the daughter who asked if my dog was a service animal. I politely sad no and she informed me that I would have to leave. I completely understood and was just trying to purchase an item I already had in my hands when the lady then approached me again to say that she had just spoken to me and that I had to leave. I explained that I was just paying when she then began to yell at me and scolded the vendor who also was at no fault. As I proceeded to tell the daughter I seen NO SIGN that said no dogs allowed but if that’s the issue it’s as simple as that same daughter staying at the front to assure no dogs enter. To whoever the daughter is she most certainly needs customer service classes because she has no manners what so ever when approaching people. It’s an outdoor flea market, I have never had an issue at any other flea market again. And again my dog was no issue, I had no problem leaving. It was the way the daughter came across with her attitude and then for her to grab the vendor hand sanitizer without asking permission just trying to intimidate everyone. Just very unprofessional, embarrassing, I’ll never...
Read moreRietta Flea Market I have been coming to this flea market for years. It is large with free parking and free admission. It is best to come early as many sellers leave early. The downside of this flea market is that is a long ride for most people. Just like every flea market, the earlier you come the better chance you have of finding something you might want. Prices are generally good as the seller’s price to sell. It was a beautiful day today, April 21st, 2024, and the market had lots of sellers and people. I have never arrived there at opening time. Today I showed up at 8:35AM as when I do go, I always visit another flea market first and then make my way up to Hubbardston to visit the Rietta Flea Market. There was a large turnout of people today, it seemed to have a carnival feel. In warmer weather larger turnouts of people show up. The market has indoor toilets as well as port-a potties. There is a little bit of everything. I did OK today and made a...
Read moreThe Rietta Flea Market is one of the largest in the area. Vendors come in at 6 AM and shoppers come in at 7 AM. Coming earlier than later. Around noon you may see vendors already packing up. The flea market closes at 3 P.M. you will find many Unique and just every day things you never knew you may want or even needed. If you don’t find something one week try it the next vendors are always changing up their offerings. You also get vendors that are steadily there throughout the year. The times I’ve went there was they always had plenty of parking even if you had to drive to the back lots. Food drinks and even alcoholic beverages like beer and wine are served. I have never had a bad experience at this flea market and I highly recommend...
