My first visit here at the Tyngsboro location and I was treated terribly!!!! The girl sat on the phone gossiping about some drama the whole time then she yelled at me for not pushing the button on the chip reader fast enough for her. I would not recommend coming here unless you enjoy being abused! ... Upon getting home I shared my experience with my sister who began to tell me about her unpleasant experience with a girl that was working there... Which was probably the same toxic individual I encountered. I feel bad for the owner who employs this lovely person. Negative 5 stars if it was possible. More places should be like this and offer great customer service. There was a very helpful young man behind the counter who answered all of my questions. There was many questions I had and some I asked twice. He never got annoyed by all my questions. He helped me choose the right product that would suit me best . Very knowledgeable and polite outgoing I absolutely definitely found my new smoke shop!!! I will be going back frequently. Great job keep up...

Probably the only damn store in the entire State of New Hampshire that has all of your needs in one.... Can't find any customer service better then the Brennan's smoke shop experience.....stop by and see what I mean....you shouldn't leave disappointed...
