Cyclones Arena — Local services in Hudson

The website says that stick and puck is every Friday from 8 to 9pm. The schedule for August is on the website, “August 30, 2019- stick and puck 8-9.” Even on the door it has the schedule posted for rink events but instead of updating the calendar for games or putting on the door that there is a game instead, I drove an hour to play hockey with 3 friends and we cant even play because there is a game that was never mentioned anywhere on the website or on the rink calendar. Im now sitting in the parking lot writing this review. Don't even bother calling either because they wont pick up the phone. Honestly some of the worst scheduling I have ever seen. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. Id also like to mention how bad the ice is on the days I am able to skate. Frozen snow piles, divots, and being able to see bare concrete without anything marking it. On top of all that the locker rooms are always covered in trash with profanities written on the walls. To be completely honest I would give this review 0 stars if I could. Im never coming back here again, next time I’ll go to Conway Arena in Nashua for an extra 20...

Was here for the USPHL Nationals...if you are coming and there are lots of games being played, plan on walking 2 to 3 blocks to the rink there really isnt any parking and you have to walk to the rink from the road. The ice was slushy and soft for the players. The rink was average temp the more people that came in it warmed up a touch but dress accordingly. There was an incident between some parent and players, the police department is right across the street and the issue was resolved quickly. Just not conducive to large round robin style play, it's only 2 sheets. They do have a concession stand and for this event a "pop-up" vendor right out side the entrance. The one area I compliment them on and I dont know if this is every day, they had 2 trainers who were excellent for the tournament. Don't expect to be wowed here, average barn with below average amenities...

As for a person who loves to skate, this place was ok. There has been many and I mean like so many times where the website doesn’t match the “it’s public skate time”. There was a day where it said there was public skating but as I went in, all I saw was hockey playing. This is why I go to Salem Ice Center because the website actually matches the public skate time. I wasn’t able to make it to Salem Ice Center and thought that this place would be great but no. I would literally give -10 for this place. Wouldn’t even recommend to a friend. Thanks a lot for...
