Franks butcher shop and liquor — Local services in Hudson

I have been coming to Frank's for over a year, and was very impressed with how clean they kept it. Several weeks ago there was a gentleman who also kept the store clean, and was very friendly to everyone. Now, the glass meat cases are covered in fingerprints as is the front door, the floor is obviously dirty and not mopped enough, and the area with the sodas and coffee is filthy. I am so disappointed, especially when I see people sitting, playing on their phones and not taking care...

The amount of jerky in their packages seems to have decreased slightly from what I remember from previous visits. However, that being said the quality is excellent, the staff friendly and the prices hard if not impossible to beat for their various meat...

We stocked up our freezer with Ground Beef, Cottage bacon, and some Kielbasa. We love the meat we get here, and the price is good. Also, check out their selection of jams and preserves. We bought blackberry this time but love the Chokecherry too. Fast...
