I previously bought a smok stick v8 kit from them. Which, a few weeks later, I began experiencing problems with the battery. I notified the store by phone and was instructed to bring it back to them. After they inspected the kit and determined that the battery was defective, they replaced it with a Eleaf istick picon and told me to keep the tank that came with the smok v8 because it can be used on other mods that I may desire to purchase in the future.
