Absolutely horrible customer service! My mother and I walked in and there was atleast 3/4 workers in the front at the register and although they were ALL staring at us, not a single one greeted us nor asked if we needed help! When we finally asked for help, the younger woman working didn’t even have the decency to speak loud enough for us to hear her, all she did was point in the direction we were looking for. Then, when we were coming up the next aisle towards the register there was an older woman working just sitting on her phone who started giving my mother and I the most evilest look i have ever witnessed! Literally felt like she was looking into our souls! And it was a constant glare in our eyes that made us VERY uncomfortable. I honestly felt like we were being discriminated against despite not having anything to dislike.. Once we did pay, it was like everyone just kept staring and didn’t even tell us to have a good day. All we heard was our total from the younger woman, that’s it. I don’t know who runs this business, but the next time they hire employees, maybe they should be looking for actual good customer service and not zombies who stare & don’t even try to help. Maybe even reevaluate who they’ve hired because they all suck at their job from what I have seen. 😂 Will NOT be returning to this place ever again. I thought Trico would be better than...

I called to make sure they had the material I was needing and they asurred me it was in stock, so I hooked up and pulled a trailer to the store and I explain to them I had called to check avaliability and when they looked it is out of stock.
