So before going, i was wondering if it would be worth it for me, since I'm a garment sewist and people only mentioned upholstery fabric in reviews. But, it is called a fabric outlet, so i had to check it out. Not as much for me but great for finding upholstery and drapery stuff. As far as i was interested, there were beautiful leather hides for around $25 per half hide and like $45-70 for whole hides, so I'll def be back for leather. I also got 10 yards drapery lining fabric for about $3/yard that I'm going to use for muslins/voiles.
Of course prices can change, but drapery seemed like it was approx $5-7/ yard, and upholstery was like somewhere around $9/ yard, which is very good. There's also every kind of trim and interfacing and underlayment, if you're doing a project. The decor stuff is cute, too, and ranges from super, super cheap to the high end of average. There's really a hodgepodge of all kinds of home goods, and a whole back room of carpets and rugs. It wasn't what i was looking for, but it's good for someone, no doubt.
