Definitely an awesome adventure. I would recommend to anybody that has a love for elephants. The staff were all pretty amazing. The time spent with the elephants in my opinion was rather short for the money. Although I would do it again.. the accommodations were cute. There were lots of little touches that made me happy in the beginning. Lots of little elephant touches through the cabin. Being able to see an elephant from the front porch was amazing. If you take away the elephants the accommodations would be 1 or 2 star base on a couple. Things, in my opinion, staff should 100%. Take the time to show people how to work. The strange toilet. The accordion doors to the bathroom provide little privacy in an extremely small cabin. This could be fixed by adding handles to the inside of the accordion. Doors so that they can be pulled shut and also a little weather stripping in the right places. Would help a lot. Something common in japan is called the noise killer that might be appropriate in such a small environment.Also. The breakfast served if you take away the service by elephants is an entire flop and should be described on the website. So that, you know exactly what you're getting before you get there that way. If you have any sort of dietary needs, you're not left hanging. It is all microwave yourself for the most part such as eggs. Scrambles, microwave oatmeal, muffins, you would find in a vending machine and a small milk or orange juice. When you take into account that your server for breakfast is an elephant. I am back to a 5 star Review overall. This is an elephant experience once again. I paid for the extra feeding experience. I did not think this was A good experience. I felt it was an overcharge for the money. I'm not sure what I expected out of this. This is another one where I felt that there should have been more description on the website. Exactly what this entailed. We were able to basically feed an elephant. Some Graham crackers take some pictures. It was very short and very little interaction with this elephant. This portion was somewhat of a disappointment. I also felt an overcharge for what we fed, and the interaction with that particular elephant. Although I do have some some somewhat nitpicky complaints. This is an amazing experience. If you love elephants and worth every dime for the...

Our stay at Oklahoma Awesome Adventures was absolutely unforgettable and a huge highlight of our road trip from Wisconsin. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and had working AC (a very welcome surprise in the Oklahoma heat!). We spent the morning on the deck listening to the elephants trumpet in the distanceâtalk about surreal.
The check-in process was super easy and smooth. We were shockedâin the best wayâto discover there was a pool! It was clean, relaxing, and such a fun bonus for the kids and us. That said, a heads-up to future travelers: the road leading to the cabins is very rough, so make sure your shocks are in decent shape before you go đ
Breakfast was provided, and while it was simple (cereal or oatmeal), it was nice to have something ready in the morning. For us personally, it wasnât our favorite part of the stay, but definitely not a deal breaker.
Being just steps from the elephants was such a rare and moving experience. Hearing them, seeing them, and knowing we were so close was magical. Though, if weâre being honest, watching them sway back and forth was a little sadâit made us reflect deeply on captivity, conservation, and the incredible work that must go into caring for animals like these.
Overall, weâre beyond grateful for the memories we made here. Itâs something our family will talk about forever. If you get the chanceâgo. Thereâs truly nothing...
Read moreIf you're looking for a truly unique experience, this can't be beat! My wife and I stayed in a cabin on Halloween (10/31/24), and had a marvelous time! It's difficult to describe how just plain cool it is to look out and see elephants just a few feet away. And to have an elephant bring you breakfast -- well, that was one of the greatest experiences of my life, and I'm not exactly young. For practical matters, let me say that the cabin was very cozy and comfortable. The dinner we had delivered was simply terrific. Maybe the best spaghetti and meatballs I've ever had. Let me mention one thing: I am disabled. My movement is severely limited because of a stroke. Access to the cabin was via a ramp. I managed it, but it was a little challenging for me. Something to think about. But so...
