Western Legacy Trading — Local services in Hugo

I never leave reviews on here, let alone a bad review. However, after todays experience with this store I no longer see myself as a returning customer. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the last several years. Anyone who knows me, knows that this is my favorite store to purchase my clothes and accessories. I have also purchased many gifts for others here. For Christmas this year my mother gave me a dress from Western Legacy, and I needed to exchange it. I had the receipt and dress in hand with the brand's tag still attached. The price tag had been removed, as it was a gift, but everything else was intact. I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would just have to keep it because there was no price tag. I do not usually do this but felt so inclined. Today, I was shopping around with my aunt and 4 and 1 year old for about 20 minutes(and already had items held behind the counter) at Western Legacy Trading Co. when my 4 year old hollered at me she needed to pee. I scurried to the front of the store and asked the two 20-somethings “Do y’all have a restroom she can use?” They promptly informed me “No!” So while my aunt and other toddler proceeded to keep shopping, I had to load up my panicked child in her car seat and hurry across the road to the Taco Bell.
