Guess LRC needs and extra $1000000 dollars next year??! That’s what $1.86 x41000 customers x12 months equals to. They just raised the rate from $32.50 to $42.50 after hiring a geotracking firm (at what cost??). On top of that the electricity rate has almost tripled since the COVID. They rely on the public ignorance to make millions for themselves. It’s really a cartel without murderers, maybe. Who knows, the board definitely has a few suspicious characters. Especially since they deem it necessary to steal from the community who they claim to serve.

Corrupt entity- one of the worst in Oklahoma.. they charge you when you DONT use any electric. $3 a day just to have account which doesn’t use any electricity, that’s $90 a month for nothing.. don’t buy their excuses. They’re legitimate crooks who are allowed to do shady business bc they are controlled and serve corrupt beings.

Ps -How can their be a climate crisis when the electric company’s punishment for saving electricity is FINES for you??? Oops there goes the climate crisis theory... they use fear to control the masses. Stop falling for their LIES!

Also electric has been shut off for two days yet they’ve charged me almost $20 since... your system is complete joke and you know it. You are thieves and crooks! Reap...

Updated. Fee is now to be raised to $45 per month/account and an electric raise of 25% (.02 more on top of the previous .079) Only morons would be fooled by the flowery phrasing to make it seem lower.

Change $38 (edit now $42 goes up every year) just to have access to the electric. Meanwhile OG&E, being an "evil greedy corporation" and not a "kind caring co-op" only charges $13. Sure seems like exploitative monopoly pricing.

Edit for their reply: How about you just explain why you're 3-4 times more expensive than the "greedy" corp for access fee? How about y'all disclose what the board and all the rude customer service agents make? I suspect that's where the $45 access fee is going. Face it y'all are liars and cheats. If it wasn't for a forced monopoly, y'all wouldn't have the business you do and you know it. A greedy corporation is somehow cheaper than you. But yes your cost. Your costs are just too expensive and have to keep raising the raise. BS. I will support any government program that audit y'all and caps your pay. After having an experience with the "greedy" corporation in OG&E and an actual legitimate co-op in another state, yeah, I can safely say lake region is the worst electric...

Being forced from AEP to here when I moved is one of the worst experiences of my life. You can only get information from the people at the front desk M-F 8a-430p. Which are the typical working hours for most people. Outside of that, the only thing the after-hours line is good for is reporting an outage. I'm not even sure they're good for that though, when I needed my power turned on at the new house they were useless. If you need anything only the front desk can do it, (who are super nice, don't get me wrong it's not their fault the company model sucks) but they put in the ticket to have a tech come within 72 business hours. It feels like the twilight zone. It took almost a full week to get my power on when I put in a request online on a Friday evening. it wasn't on until the next Thursday, and that was with everyone doing their jobs properly. It's such a poor business model. Ownership/Leadership in this company needs to take...
