I have tried to refrain from doing this but I have enough of the incompetent experiences fron this Pharmacy I hope it speaks to the valuebof those they serve. Which they didn't regarding my care. If it were possible to rate the pharmacy at 0 I would. I transferred my prescriptions nearly two months ago and am finding that I am looking at a 5th Medication that was not transfered. Most of my medications are 90 day prescription so I had no reason to inquire or suspect this would be a problem. If this wasn't enough I had also experienced to similar issues while using this pharmacy. These issues were even worse. Despite being on an automatic refill and notification for refills and notice of renewal of my meds there have been three different occasions when I was gravely ill and was depending on there services. Well on one of theses occasions I had not been on medication for my blood pressure for months because I didn't receive a reminder taking multiple medications more then most and being so sick I wasn't aware of the above until my health took a major downturn asides what had already going on with my health at this time. This happened two other occasions while dealings with undoing health issue's I was able to catch it while calling in other prescriptions. They were all life threatening conditions that required medications. Today when I called into my new pharmacy provider they informed me that my insulin pen wasn't forwarded.I had one pen left if I hadn't needed a refill and didn't inquire I would have run out of my insulin. All meds that where to be transferred had multiple refills on them. I ended having to get knew prescriptions and losing the refills refilled I had. I know there are more people out there that has experience. This is no way to treat your customers. I also rarely will shop at your store because because of this experience. I shouldn't have to worry experience the same thing Despite having my prescriptions transfered. On 4/4/25 I discovered that two of my insulin medications weren't transferred either. I had to get another prescription that caused me to not only lose my refills but the 0 Copay. I lost many of my refills because of the above. ...
