Front Street Market Inc — Local services in Humeston

Great value for a small-town grocery store. Have been able to find good quality, store brand merchandise that has been less expensive than prices found at the Hy-Vee Store in Leon. And even those items that might be a few cents more than those found at a larger, regional grocery store chain, it's seldom likely a person will find a large enough difference (savings) that warrants the increased fuel expense of traveling to the bigger store. I am a big fan of Front Street, and am a frequent customer between my once-a-month stock-up trips to Walmart in Osceola. I simply can't justify the expense of driving to Leon or Osceola for those odds and ends when I can pick them up just a few minutes from home. And at reasonable prices and values. Stopped here today, and its still one of the nicest groceries in the area, everyone so courteous and smiling, helpful, even the customers were that way, fresh meat, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, every dairy product we could need, the entire store is that way, lots of items to choose from, will gladly...
