Honest Review: We drove two hours to come to the fall festival on a nice weather Saturday. Parking was great, we didn't park too far away and entering and exiting was smoothly. We did purchase tickets ahead of time assuming it would make our wait time shorter. It really didn't, we still waited about 25 minutes to get in.
Toddler Area: It was a joke, tons of big kids there throwing things and no staff to address the issue. We brought my two year old and it just was not fun for her. If you have older kids that can be mature enough to go off on their own with minimal supervision it's probably a good place for you.
Food: The food was great and so was the ice cream but you have to wait forever to get through to order. Seriously Legendairy Lines should be their slogan 🙄. We spent over an hour and a half between both food areas. They need to change something or hire more people to make the lines go faster.
Bathrooms: There is normal bathrooms in the building where you get ice cream but long lines again and they have portable bathrooms too but they were not the most well kept.
Overall: I felt like we wasted our time and money ( $30 to get in, $35 on food, $15 on ice cream, and $13 for a hair bow), i think if you bring older kids it would be better. I have no intentions to come back at least for a few years if ever. I hope this honest review helps people make a decision of it's a good fit or not. By no means is it to be disrespectful to the...
Read moreThe taste, quality, and freshness of their milk can't be touched by any commercial brand of milk.
Their ice cream is what ice cream use to be. It melts like real ice cream because it isnt full of all the junk additives. It offers a clean taste that starts from the moment it touches your tongue and rides out smooth to the end of the spoon leaving a pleasant taste and experience that lasts after the ice cream is gone. You get pure flavor and not the nasty tastes and burns from chemicals. Their ice cream is so good, it mentally took my back to my childhood when times were simpler lol.
I have yet to have a bad product from Kuehnert Dairy Farm. Every time I go in there to get more milk, cheese, and ice cream the quality is just as good as the very first time. They seem to have a passion for dairy and great consistency that results in a superior product every time.
I honestly cant recommend Kuehnert Dairy Farm enough. If you haven't had any of their products, you owe it to yourself to try them at least once. Even if you dont want to purchase a whole thing if milk, ice cream, or cheese, they have a neat little kitchen where you can buy a milkshake and other products that will let you experience...
Read moreWhen I first heard about this place, I was excited to support a local family dairy farm. I emailed them about doing a tour and it was multiple days later that we finally got an email reply about it. I then promptly responded and asked about scheduling one. Two days have passed and still no reply from them. We had family in town for spring break and would have been a great idea to do one during this time. To make matters worse, we bought one of their whole milk products from our local churubuco IGA grocery store and it's completely bad. The whole entire jug of milk is a solidified mess not usable at all. We tried returning it to the local grocery store for an exchange for another and they refused to return it since we had opened it. However, nothing had been used of it. It's very frustrating when you try to support local businesses in a small town and family-owned businesses that do business with them and they won't stand by their product. I guess we will rethink about supporting local...
