Betsy from guard shack I apologize if my communication about the unusable conditions of the Porta potty and checking in on our load status upset you. If you had communicated about the machinery being brokedown I would have contacted my boss to see if he could find us a different load. You did not disclose anything about the broken equipment until my last call to you at 2:42pm. You stated it would be at least another hour and a half. I then told you I hadn't ate and needed some coffee. I asked if I had time to go get some coffee and come back (you said yes). Then you proceeded to send a text to my sleeping husband's phone (neither phone shows a call from you by the way) telling him to come to guard shack. Within 7 min of being notified, you gave our spot to another driver.. I understand you had a stressful day yesterday and for that I apologize. Kindness goes so much further. I do appreciate you allowing me to use guard restroom. If I came off inpatient or rude I apologize. I too had a bad day yesterday. I hit a dog that someone let roam free on the highway. I am a caring person so this broke my heart. You never know what someone else is going through. -(UPDATE 8-17-20)- Great place. I had delivery & pick up here the same day. Arrived earlier and sleep on truck staging area. I checked in @ 6:30 & got a door right away. Was 2nd in line so I have to wait a little. Was empty less then 1 hour. Back on scale and got a door for pick up right away. Was loaded less than 1 hour. So in/out - 6:45/9:00. Amazing time for delivery & pick up. Very organized. Also nice guards. They have a restroom cabins on staging area. ——————————— Nice staff and guard. A lot of space to back up. Fast loading. They load nonstop truck by truck very fast. But driver has to be inside while loading. Also you have to scale before and...

Pros: Very nice facility, lots of space to back they give you directions to your dock on a color map, lady at the guard shack is very friendly and respectful. Same with the dock staff, very friendly and respectful.

Cons: come here with a full clock because your gonna be waiting a while, sat at first staging area right outside of guard shack for two and half hours, now sitting in second staging are inside facility wating for a dock to open up 1 hour and counting.

Edit: I waited for a dock for another 2 hours one finally opened up, sat in it for 30 minutes till they started loading me, waited another 45 once they started loading. Left the...
