I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother and daughter who visited this location to turn in my daughter's old phone for account credit. My daughter never comments on anyone, however, she came home today and said the girl that waited on my mom and her was extremely rude, disrespectful, and not helpful. Her name, I later found out, is Meredith. First of all, Meredith, you have a lot of nerve being anything but helpful and nice to a 20+ year customer that has FOUR phone lines through YOUR store. How dare you be rude to a senior and a child! On a previous visit, we were helped by the district manager-Jessica, who was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. However, when my mom mentioned being helped by Jessica, Meredith rolled her eyes at my mom and child and proceeded to become even more hateful! What is this girl's problem? Obviously, customer service with the Verizon Company has become null and void. How in the world can a store associate get away with treating a customer like that?? In my opinion, THEY SHOULDN'T. This will not be my only review because customer service needs to be reiterated almost everywhere! I will start with Verizon Wireless in Huntingdon, TN.    Read moreI got my phone here and have had problems with it repeatedly. I am still having problems with it. The manager never told me about the warranty on my phone or offered to replace it. I had to find out from another store. I finally had enough and went in to get my phone replaced. The manager had already left when I got there. The employee that was there kept saying he had to be somewhere by 7:05. In other words he didn't have time to deal with my problem they hadn't solved in 4 months! Then I was told that I would have to take my phone to a corporate location to have it replaced. The closest one being Jackson. I bought the phone in Huntingdon. I have a hard time getting to the store in Huntingdon due to my schedule, but am supposed to go to another store an hour away that I have never been to?!? This is the worst management I have ever seen. The manager and employees have no idea what they are doing. All they do is call customer support or tech coach.
