Crystal Imagery, Inc — Local services in Huntington Township

I recently needed an elegant set of gifts for some of the men and women of my Scottish charitable society. A google search led me to Crystal Imagery and I am so glad it did! The quality of the product was excellent; the customer support (thank you Julie N.!) was stellar; the shipments were well packaged and protected the contents from their facility to my house and then as I hand-carried them on a flight from Detroit to Edinburgh, Scotland to present them at a banquet.

I initially ordered one set of the Crystal Wine Decanter & Glasses and one set of the Crystal Whisky Decanter & Glasses and used all of the "rush" options Crystal Imagery had available since I was getting on a plane in less than 7 days. I uploaded the artwork, placed the order, and in less than 24 hours I had the proofs from Julie, and in less than 72 hours the crystal was on my doorstep. I cannot tell you how happy this made me, and the recipients in Scotland were overjoyed at the quality and craftsmanship.

But the story doesn't end there. Upon my return from Scotland, I wanted to order one more set of each and get exact reproductions. So I reached out to Julie N. who put me in touch with Laura B. in customer support. Laura handled everything via email with me and in less than 7 days (with no "rush" shipping, etc.) I had exact copies delivered and in the hands of the other recipients in the USA.

I ordered this set for our 25th wedding anniversary with a custom logo with our Last name with only about 15 days before the event, I choose 2 day shipping. It was a good thing I did:

The proof email got lost in my spam filters, and when I asked about it about a week later -- they sent it over right away and and I located it, and we updated the design slightly, and got it to production after only a few hours of my escalation. It took a week to be produced, and then they shipped it. The 2 day shipping was more like 6 day shipping, it was delayed by UPS, and arrived in the nick of time the night before the event.

I opened the box the night before, to find that one of the wine glasses was shattered up on arrival. But everything else was perfectly done. I emailed them immediately with pictures of the shipping box, the inside box, the packaging and the broken glass, and they sent a replacement right away (at no charge to me) -- and it arrived unscathed.
