I have been a customer here for almost a year. I will not go to any other stores for vapes or cigarettes. the customer service is superb. no matter who is working, I'm always met with kindness, respect, and knowledge of the products. I have had two issues with vapes. both times I called and reported the issue and I was kindly offered a replacement at no extra cost.
