I asked Midway CEO filtering CS to remove/ replace the data and photo with the correct information and picture. All Midway CEO CS had to do is take a new shot of the made in Italy magazine and tell the truth in the description. The response was as follows. The price went from under $32 to almost $40. That’s with my upcoming birthday pricing which I will never use. $49.99 regular price. The MADE IN USA was photoshopped with the laziest black crayon job I’ve ever seen. The cover up picture looks worse as the made in somewhere should go there and now it’s been scribbled out. Zero stars for the cynic CEO CS agent allowing this. Bummer that lying and obscuring the truth is called marketing these days. DO NOT BUY… Midway is currently selling Italian SigXL 10rd magazines as “made in blacked out.” The description states that the Replacement mags are made to Sig Sauer standards. My complaint to the CEO has brought me to this point. I’ve seen no change to the website besides the sharpie photo fix. Because of this blatant cover up, I WILL NOT remove this post. I should know better. U.S.A. made Sig Sauer P365 variant mags are currently $50-$72 retail from Micro to Macro. Careful of the glossy Sig Sauer P365 mags. The channel on the side is also different. CAREFUL OF MIDWAYUSA. For clarity, I’ve only tested the made in Italy mags for the P365 Micro9mm. Purchased from GMWH. Not purchased at Midway. I didn’t test the Italian XL mags because I was concerned it would affect my refund. I didn’t want to trust the mags. Refund is currently being processed. The numbers on the Italian made magazines shipped as Made in the U.S.A. are as follows. Product #: 671092 Manufacturer #: 8900250 UPC #: 798681629718 The number or pictures never changed.

I have placed a couple orders with Midway. I tried once to message their customer service about an issue with checking out with an online order. They still have never responded to me about that. I cancelled that order. But I recently purchased some ammo from them. It was a good deal and free shipping. But they did a horrible job packing my box. And of course the UPS guy did his part to damage it. So when it arrived it was all messed up inside. Honestly, just a little bit of common sense at the Midway warehouse would have gone a long way to protect my items. I probably will not do business with them again. There's no point in ordering something, even if it's on sale, if it arrives damaged. And my experience with their customer service left me frustrated.

Ordered a new bergara rifle in .243 Winchester from them. The rifle is total junk. The chamber looks as if they milled a groove around the entire chamber and the throat/rifling looks terrible. Shot one round through it and there’s a bulge around the entire bottom area of the neck. Talked to midway and they said I should have inspected the rifle prior to taking delivery of it. So if you order a firearm, you better take a bore camera with to check the chamber and rifling. The only thing they offered was the phone number to bergara. I’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars with them in the last 25 years including $10k in the last month and this is the “customer service” I receive. Will never order from them again.

Dishonesty is their policy! I was shipped a jacket with a faulty zipper in the wrong size. I contacted MidwayUSA and was promised in multiple emails that I could exchange it for the correct size at no charge. I even verified that in a reply email, but as soon as I returned it, I was then immediately charged $38.50 for return fees and shipping both ways. I had a discount code for the jacket when I bought it, but they are refusing to honor the price on the replacement so $10 of the $38.50 is them removing my discount. $15 return shipping and $13.50 addl shipping for the correct size jacket I ordered. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful, even after being confronted with the emails I have saying this would cost me nothing additional. I've actually had to file a BBB claim and dispute the charge with Amex over this. I'm also filing a fraud complaint with the MO Attorney Generals Office.

Update: After conceding to the Missouri Attorney Generals Office case and refunding my money, MidwayUSA contacted me less than two weeks later and said that if I didn't pay them back the money I was refunded, they would not process any future orders I placed! I forwarded that email back to the MO Atty Gen and they are continuing to investigate this company. Not like I ever plan to give them another dime, but what kind of business does that?? Not...

Previously I’d had good experience with MidwayUSA, but my most recent order has resulted in me shopping elsewhere. I purchased a new muzzleloader/scope combo, which when arrived, had a damaged and not functional scope. Customer service advised I should take up this issue with my NEW muzzleloader with the manufacturer; then of course the manufacturer then says it’s something that needs to be addressed with the scope manufacturer. The short answer is I’m out over two hours on the phone across three companies and five calls to possibly get a new scope “repaired”…after I pay for shipping. As a result I took a scope off my .308, but as it’s hunting season, I need another scope regardless…I called back hoping to get a discount on purchasing a different new scope through them while the scope manufacture deals with the warranty process and they informed me that was not possible; nor is it possible to return since it was fired. They don’t carry the same scope stand alone and won’t exchange it for something similar so I’m out time and money on a new product that didn’t functional new out of the box. Customer service has went down hill tremendously with...
