Definitely not the look for our community. I was told a time then told " They're running late" and told 2:15 not even two hours before said appointment. At 2:08 they say I'm ready for you?? I arrive at 2:26 and am told we gotta reschedule. By his assistant who walked out. As a man in the south I would expect the owner/Barber to step away and let me know. Not your female assistant. I won't return and neither will the six friends who sent to him. You can't move to a community act like you're about community then give people who work in it and have values the run around and not tell them yourself. This man went out of his way to make my son aware of his surroundings, what was going to happen, and allowed him time to get comfortable (as he was going to get) with the haircut.
