We paid for a bunk bed for the kids , they came to the house to install the bed , upon them leaving for the day . “ thinking everything was good “ went up stairs to check , they had pieces missing off the bed , in the bathroom was a pile of screws that they didn’t even let us know was there . It’s been now 3 days been trying to get these sorry , VERY unprofessional mfs to come back and do some simple task , it don’t take a rocket scientist to put a bed together. Kids railing wasn’t even installed to prevent them from falling out of the bed while sleeping, very unsafe since bunk bed is high off the ground . I’m sure if you’re telling customers you’ll do the install that there is some type of install fee all added into it . Will never ever go back or refer anyone to Williams furniture. Upon further inspection trying to put it together myself they have stripped the bolts to where I can’t take it apart because they installed the ladder on the wrong side of the bed , I can’t even complete the bed if I wanted to due to not having the correct tooling . Overall price was affordable, but hey you get what you pay for ! Williams Furniture y’all need to be ashamed of yall self and to constantly tell us “ yeah im going to come fix it and make it right .” Left no instructions for customers to know how to put up / take down when they move out . Where do these do Williams furniture “bolts” ???? At this point I just want a refund ! Y’all can come pick this bed up and take it back with yall , and good luck with taking it apart due to stripped bolts , once a screw or bolt is in place why why why why !!!! Do are you still hitting the bolt/ screw still? That causes stripping ! I can’t even take it apart . Under boards aren’t even screwed in on both sides . Bad experience and I just want yall to Come get this bed out my house .
