Better training??

Got into a fight with the cashier over using my husbands credit card! Myself and three little kids are buying flowers (around $80), hand her my husbands credit card and she refuses. I get it, at the time I hadn't changed the last name on my actual license, it was the way she handled it that was the big deal.

She asks do I have anything with both our names on it, so I hand her my insurance card which has both my full maiden name along with husbands name. Then she ask "do I have any sort of ID with his last name", so I give her my social security card, where my last name HAD been changed. She looks at me and says "you guys could be divorced and you using his card". Really ?! I stole my "ex husbands" credit card and am using it to by FLOWERS ...with our 3 kids ?! . Then cashier asks "why haven't I changed my license if we really are married", I tell her "LOOK, I have 3 toddlers and a full time job , dragging my babies to sit in SOS half the day is easier said than done. "Well I have grandkids and a job". YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! "You have GRANDKIDS"?

Ok lady, thanks for getting this entire bldg staring at me, asking me for ID you were never going to accept and talking to me...

I went to swartz for the first time with my Mother on tuesday april 23. It was dead, 3 People shopping in the Whole place. I picked up my herbs and walked the store. I went to the outside part looking for a planter to put herbs in. Left my cart and went in. Not more Than 5 minutes found my planter i wanted and went back to my cart. It was not there. Walk around looking lost probably. Up and down lanes. Looked for a few. Asked a lady that work there if she seen it. She replies. That was yours with a couple herbs plants. I said yes but believe a little more Than a couple. 9 total. She Than calls to another worker hey that basket was his and walks away. The lady She said that to does the same to another worker and She walks away. So waiting close to 10 minutes No one comes or says a Word. My Mother and I just leave. Mind you I passed several greenhouses in my 45 minute ride From redford looking for a Mother in law gift. Thanks but no Thanks. Sns. Very bad customer service. Defintly will be...

Love Schwartz's! Been coming here for years. They always have beautiful baskets, plants,flowers and veggie plants, plus cute things for the yard. Staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are a bit higher this year for flats- 8.99 for basic flowers, others are a little higher. Baskets -regular- 12.99, larger mixed baskets are ( gorgeous ) 19.99 ( same as last year ). I can always find some unusual or new colors of flowers here. They weren't too busy today , weekends are of course so bring patience. While waiting to check out just soak in the colorful, beautiful blooms all around you. ✌ 2022 UPDATE-- prices are a couple dollars higher ( like everything ). Still, can't beat the variety. You will find lots of things to love and color up...
