Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order online and was given the run around for a month and a half for something other places would deliver in 2 weeks. Was told in my email confirmation someone would call within 24 hours. Never happened. Called myself a week later and talked to Scott who said he was the manager and was in charge of online orders (so the guy who should have called me). Long story short over the next 4 weeks he kept saying it would be in soon and that he'd call me back later except he was lying. He never called me back and my order was never in when he said it would be (at least 5 times). Finally this week talked to someone different and she actually gave me correct information and unlike Scott didn't lie to me and called me back (twice!) when she said she would. Just got the delivery and was happy the lead delivery guy didn't lie to me (like Scott, the so called manager) and delivered it on time when he said they would. The two guys delivering it were professional and honestly with all the rain, slush, and ice water it would have been understandable for them to beg off and want to deliver it another day. They braved the elements and got me hooked up. So, if you have to deal with Karl's deal with anyone except the manager it seems. Unless you want to try your patience and see how many times you get lied to before...
   Read moreI'm sorry to say we've never had a good experience at Karl's in Huron. Been in there numerous times, poor service, uninterested salespeople. My wife was just in there yesterday looking for a microwave, sales lady totally ignored her, salesman interrupted his phone call to ask if he could help her. After she explained what she wanted, he said "be with you shortly", finished his call, then totally ignored her. Finally she slowly ambled towards the door, then slowly out the door, being ignored all the time. Never say never, but we probably won't be going...
   Read moreSpare yourself the headache and go to a different store, and if you absolutely must get anything from this store, STAY AWAY FROM THEIR “EXTENDED WARRANTY”!! It’s a scam at best. We were without our dishwasher for 3 months because their “warranty” company couldn’t decide whether or not to approve repairs. Customer service is garbage and that’s being nice. You can expect to get treated rudely. I’ll never do business here again period. I don’t care if I have to wait a whole week to replace...
