My family and I recently stayed at the Adrenaline Adventure property. There were 32 of us. I wish I could write a great review, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with renting a vacation spot. Let me start with what I had the biggest problem with. I accidentally left my bag full of jewelry in the bathroom of the master bedroom. I called immediately after I realized it. I didn't THINK I left it. I KNOW I did and I KNEW exactly where it was. I let them know and asked them to get it and mail it back to me, at my expense of course. They just said they asked their cleaners and no one had taken it. I know this was my fault. I know they "aren't responsible" for my jewelry as stated in their legal jargon. That all being said, I did everything in my power to get it back, including offering a reward and giving ideas on how to make it easy for the thief to anonymously return it with no repercussions. They just said they trusted their cleaners and other staff and I was out of luck. This is so unbelievably unacceptable to me that I am shaking just writing this. The truth is, they employ thieves. It's as simple as that. They did nothing to suss out the person who stole it. I wouldn't rent from these dishonest people if it was the last available property on earth. There were other issues too. There were two "pools" on the premises. These were more like large hot tubs. One of them wasn't working and they promised they would refund part of the money for the inconvenience. They didn't. Never saw a dime back for that. We asked that the hot tub be turned on. We all wanted to relax in it one night. They just said no, they don't do that in the hotter months, that people didn't want to hot tub in the summer. Well, isn't that up to us? Other things, the remotes for the TVs in each bedroom were all mixed up and so we couldn't use half of them. Same for the fans. There were 87,000 remotes to these things and they were scattered all throughout the house. We couldn't use half the things we wanted to. There were no curtains or window coverings on the upper bedroom windows. The sun shone in like a laser beam, making sleeping miserable, not to mention no privacy for changing, etc. I PAID for an early check-in. We got there and there were cleaners there, totally not ready for us. I called the office and they acted like I shouldn't be there yet. I had to remind them that I paid for an early check-in. Then we had to wait for them to come and let us in and give us garage codes and stuff. It totally set us back for our schedule. It made everything we had planned that night go way late. The units are also very under-equipped for large groups. Not enough cooking vessels or utensils. Not enough garbage bags, no sponges or dish rags. ONE hand towel for the kitchen. We ended up having to go buy all those things. I so wish my experience was different. I will forever have a bad taste in my mouth for St. George/Hurricane, Utah because of...
Read moreMy extended family and I just spent 4 wonderful days at Zion’s Peak in Hurricane, UT. What a lovely vacation rental! There were 31 of us, ranging in age from 1-1/2 to seniors. Everyone loved the whole experience.
The house was very clean and well-kept. The kitchens were well-appointed, which was terrific for us as we made all our meals in the house. The game rooms were FANTASTIC to keep all of us entertained and the two pools were well used by all. I asked my family to come up with some feedback and here’s what I got:
• I loved that I could bring my pup! • The kitchen was big enough to cook and socialize • I loved the availability of outlets next to every bed (in the dorms) • The entertainment – all the arcade games and outdoor pool games. It was definitely multi-generational. Also, the beautiful finishes, especially bathrooms and kitchens. The pristine bath towels, great soaps and shampoos, oodles of pillows – just loved it. • Well-appointed kitchens with plenty of dishes and small appliances. We even made a 9-course meal for the whole gang with no issues! • Absolutely loved how furnished it was. They had everything and more, and parking was very easy for so many people. • I loved that there were 2 sides of the house, so that we could have one side for socializing and one side for quiet times
Some minor issues: There was a lovely brand-new barbecue, but the propane or gas line was not set up correctly, so we couldn’t use it. Luckily, there was 2nd grill on the patio so we were able to use that instead. The previous tenants had not cleaned the 2nd grill, so we had to clean it before we used it and then did a deep dive clean before we left. It would be great if, in the dorms, the bathrooms lights had a dimmer so that you could leave the lights on yet not be blasted with bright lights all night long.
The Sand Hollow staff texted often to make sure things were going OK, which I really appreciated. The overall experience was fantastic and I hope we go...

Wow! The dishonesty continues. I'd like to address a few of your statements: "Only two high-level management staff ... were in the home after your departure." You told me that the cleaners had cleaned the unit and it was not found. You went on to explain that certain people are assigned to certain tasks so only certain people would have cleaned the bathroom where my jewelry was. You could pinpoint those people. You probably never even questioned them since you just TRUST everyone. Another lie: "Nearly a week after your departure, you mentioned the bag may have fallen off the countertop into a trash can below. Unfortunately, this delay may have resulted in the bag being unknowingly discarded with the trash." This is just stupid. I did not say that. Your people "theorized" that might have happened. I will display the screenshots of the texts between us. You said you worked with the police department, acting as though it was your idea. I'm the one that called the police. You never would have. Another fun lie: "Regarding the early check-in, our records show that access codes were provided and activated for your requested time." Why in the world would we have had to call you to let us in and you having to give us the master code to the garage if all was set up correctly? I am really just sick of all the back and forth, you guys acting all innocent when the truth is clear. Someone in your employ is a thief. I know where I left my jewelry and I know only someone that came into the house after I left could have taken it....
