I have postponed writing a review to allow for enough time to pass. I wanted to make sure we had plenty of experience with the daycare to provide a thorough review. My daughter has attended this daycare for a little over a year. She started at 14 months and is now 2 (27 months). First, I love the use of the Brightwheel app. This allows for instant communication. I know I can always reach a staff member. I appreciate the many updates I receive throughout the day, including several photos. Secondly, my daughter has learned so much, and comes home with finished activities on a regular basis. Also, my daughter has run to hug her teacher on many mornings, and has had the same little ones in her class for much of her time there. She often talks about them at home. I feel comfort knowing she is well cared for. Additionally, the menu offers a good variety of choices, and whenever my child spills her drink or makes a mess while eating, she is promptly changed after mealtime. She is always sent home clean and tidy. Lastly, we are in the process of potty training, which is such a tedious task. I feel like the staff is very considerate towards my daughter and understanding of her needs during this time. Sometimes she just doesn't want to go, and they always respect her, while also encouraging her to use the potty. Overall, it has been a lovely experience, and I look forward to having her there for...
Read moreMy 3 year old loved this place up until she kept being bullied and singled out because the owner was playing favorites. They barely cleaned kid’s noses so it’s just germs festering. My child got hand foot and mouth 2 times, they don’t have a thorough cleaning procedure when they find out one child is sick. The owner told me personally that ccms doesn’t even pay half of what she charges private pay kids anyway so that alone told me that she didn’t want my child at the center anymore. The owner’s 3 year old son attends and gets whatever he wants. They take forever to answer the doorbell and then when your child has a bm it’s stains in her underwear because they aren’t using the provided supplies that we have to provide on top of 13.75 a week for supply fees that they don’t do anything with on top of parent pay. They hire and fire people with no notification so you have no idea who’s around your child. The kids scream all day long and walk barefoot everywhere. It’s a whole mess don’t send your child here and she’s Muslim so the owner is very judgmental (tries to put her beliefs on you and yours) especially about the snacks your bring for parties or breakfast if your child misses it. RED FLAGS AT THE SMELL OF THE BUILDING AND CHILDREN EVERYWHERE...
Read moreI’m giving this place two stars because it used to be a great place for my daughter and was her first day care and we loved it but once she moved into a center everything about it, went downhill. I contemplated on leaving a review but if my review keeps another mom from experiencing the frustration and anxiety that I experienced then it’s worth it. You have to pay tuition and still bring supplies EVERY month. You have to take your kids stuff home every week, to wash it yourself then remember to bring it back on Monday as if you don’t have enough on your plate as a parent. They will not help you with potty training because it’s not convenient for them. They barely clean kid’s noses so it’s just germs festering. They play favorites and the owner’s son, makes the cut every time. They hire and fire people with no notification so you have no idea who’s around your child.
It was a much better place when it was a home center but it’s not...
