Like others, I have a similar experience picking up from here. I arrived here 15 minutes before the appointment time, only to find out their computer systems were down with no knowledge of when they would be back up. It was 30 minutes after appointment time before they came back up and that caused a mad dash of drivers going to get checked in creating a huge line. Got to the window to be asked for broker name (Tip: Have the broker name given to you, if you don't have it, before you get here!) which I didn't have so I got to sit in the line twice. Took over 5 hours once in the dock to get loaded. The main reason for the delay: they were short-staffed(they really need to warn drivers upon arrival), and there were several different products needing to go on the truck and they had to get them from various places in their warehouse (I imagine this is a very unlikely story, it would sometimes take 30 minutes for any motion in the trailer, surely it doesn't take 30 minutes to go get something and get it on the trailer.) So, I was there for over three hours. Nobody else has attached this to their review, so I am attaching a photo of the procedures and instructions they have for drivers. Also, make sure you have a strap or load lock to leave in the trailer or they will not load you.
Update 9/2025 - Actual loading time has improved. Takes about an hour for loading. But it can take another hour to get your bills brought to you. They really don't care if you are going to be late for delivery because of how...

DO NOT STOP IN FRONT OF THE SHIPPING OFFICE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO GO BACK OUT AND PARK ACCORDINGLY. I gave only four stars because I don't understand hate and disapprove of people having the nasty habit of smoking outside an entrance. A lot of us don't want second hand smoking or having to smell the awful smell of tobacco especially early in the morning. At least one of the employees was smoking in the designated area. I hope this review helps drivers and I hope that the correct manager will address the smoking situation so that on my next delivery I can give 5...
Read moreAttention Truckers: This place is a very sizable lot with enough parking across the warehouse. To check in if picking up, go towards the center part of the facility and look for a white sign that says "Biagi Shipping/Receiving". Sign in at the sign in sheet and than check in with the shipper. Make sure you have your license with you. The staff here can speak both english and spanish which could be of help to spanish speaking truckers. Rest rooms and snack machines are on site.
The shipper will than assign you a door. There's gonna be plenty of room to do your backing. Loading took almost 4 hrs total, that including a 1 hr delay. When i got the green light they wanted me to move my truck out of the door and into the empty parking lot across from shipping. I walked into shipping and told them I was loaded. They than told me to wait by my truck. Another worker with my BOL'S came to my truck and confirmed my delivery location and gave me my BOL'S and sealed my trailer.
Overall customer service was good here but loading process...
