Teksavers Inc — Local services in Hutto

This company purchased a Cisco part from me. Then they claimed it was counterfeit (it wasn't) and wanted to return it. I accepted the return, and then they shipped it back to me without the original Cisco box that has the Cisco authenticity label on it. Wouldn't doubt they're using my legit authenticity label to sell their own counterfeit products. Beware buying from this company! Dishonest!

EDIT: Their below response regarding hexagonal push pins is false. Yes, it does have hexagonal pushpins (which were visible in the photo of the module BEFORE I sold it to them which they could have easily seen beforehand), but no, this is not a sign of a counterfeit. The person/people inspecting the product simply do not know what they are talking about and/or looking for in a counterfeit product. This company simply doesn't know what they are doing. Do you really think someone skilled enough to counterfeit a Cisco part wouldn't be able to acquire round push pins? As if round push pins are something so hard to acquire?

Also why did they keep my original box with my Cisco authenticity sticker on it and not return my merchandise in the proper box? They kept it because they're probably planning to fraudulently use the authenticity sticker to sell their own counterfeit parts is...

I do the purchasing at my company and have worked with Teksavers for years. Their service has always been exceptional. Bryan goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, when we need it! He is always willing to negotiate on price and beat all the other competitors out there! I have other vendors who have tried to replace their business, but I will work with only Teksavers, they have ALWAYS come through when I needed them, and their level of professionalism is...

Not a reputable company to deal with. Their people are pushy and demanding. They have no comprehension of how business deals work and would rather just make assumptions at your expense. Just look at their other reviews. They have a history of treating their customers and suppliers poorly. I wouldn't be shocked if their good reviews are fake with how dishonestly this...
