Food Truck Lady — Local services in Hybla Valley

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all with this company. I reached out them late in March for an event happening the first weekend of May. A few days later I received a call from Nancy, to go over all the details. And then radio silence. I needed to reach out to her to see if anything else was needed. I constantly needed to reach out to her. Communication is extremely laxed, no urgency nor does it seem she wants the work...A week before the event I had to reach out to her again and ask what type of truck will be coming so we could advertise and asked her to respond by the next day. ONCE AGAIN RADIO SILENCE and now 3 DAYS before the event , I receive a TEXT not a phone call , that there is no truck .available.... Not sure how they keep in business,,,but I am extremely disappointed in...

I have been working with Nancy on my first outdoor performance with our school, Valencia School of Music. Due to COVID, we wanted to hold an outdoor performance that would be really special.
