Just got 2 gallona today, and tried a glass. Very tasty, however very confused about a few things. I've driven to the dairy in Heber and their milk comes in glass containers and you can see the fat separated. I picked this up today around 230pm and didn't see any separation, same when i went to try it at 10pm. Do you guys separate the cream? Just curious. I do wish it came in glass containers, as that would help avoid micro plastics. You guys are much closer than Heber is, and glass would make a regular out of me.
