Imperial Valley College — Local services in Imperial

Hands down one of the most difficult campuses to communicate with. The offices and staff are extremely difficult to contact. If you call to ask questions or even show up to the school asking for help, they frequently send you in circles from one department to the next and back... twice, Transfer you on the phone 4 times to be disconnected off of a voicemail, or place you on a waitlist to see your counselor and then forget to sign you in in the first place. All of these situations have happened to myself as well as other fellow students on multiple occasions. Not to mention their lack of communication amongst the staff and students awaiting a call back for whatever issue they are facing. On the plus side... the nachos...
