I placed an orders for my small business on Feb 10th, they said it will take 7 business days to process and the shipping date was mentioned on Feb 19th, nothing happened, on the 20th the date changed for the 23rd and still nothing happened that day. So I called and spoke to a rude woman who told me it will be shipped today and I would receive the notification, the day has passed and still nothing so I called back on the 25th spoke with a very kind woman who promised me that the order will be shipped today and told me to call back in the afternoon to double checked what I did and the order has been shipped and they gave me the tracking number. Since Feb 28th my orders has been stocked in Chicago international airport, we are March 7th today. I called WSP to see what going on with my order since I need to deliver my products to my clients that some are already canceled, the lady told me that it will take up to 45days to receive my order. I was beyond SHOCKED. I asked her why this information isn't mentioned on their website and their website said 7 to 9 business days and I even paid for the jump line which I don't know why they do have it. The lady mentioned to me its not their fault but USPS fault. I tried to explain to them that they are working with USPS and we order from them and not from USPS and if they know their delivery methods are delayed, they should let their customers know so we can find other options. I couldn't even cancelled my orders because she said it has already been shipped and I have to wait 45 days if I don't receive it then I can cancel. They are the cheapest distributor but their shipping timeframe is INSANE but the last lady I spoke with was very kind, that the only positive thing....Now Im here I can't do anything then wait on...

I’ve been ordering from this company for over 10 years now, and the service has gone downhill tremendously! This used to be my number one supplier but as of recently they take 3+ weeks to ship out your order, they don’t answer phones, they close early, they don’t respond to emails, etc. I called today at 3:30pm and got a message that said they were closed even though the website says they close at 4pm. I’ll be looking for another reliable vendor to order from from now on because this is ridiculous. How can small businesses rely on them when we can’t even get in contact with anyone at the company to even receive updates about our orders. One of my recent orders was placed on August 22, it is now September 5 with no updates. They also used to allow you to add products to your To avoid the additional handling fee, but now it looks like they are no longer offering that option. Every time I’ve had to order in the recent weeks, I’ve had to place a new order and pay a new fee none of the orders have even been shipped. In one of my last orders for bottles, I ordered 48 and only received 33…like how does this even happen? Every time I called, I was never able to get anyone on the phone so eventually I just gave up because it was only 15 bottles … but after calling them several times this week and holding for 20+ minutes with no answer I’m so frustrated and disappointed because they used to be my favorite vendor and the customer service just isn’t...
   Read moreWow. I’m surprised how many poor reviews are here for WSP. I’ve been a customer of theirs for nearly 16 years. I do remember this company in the earlier days, and I must say, things have changed. But that is to be expected in the world today. I’m just now starting up my soap making again, and I remember having issues with them just 4 years ago with an order just sitting for days. It seemed to really start happening right around when they introduced their “service fee” which to me ruined the whole “free shipping” thing, because we all know, nothing is truly free these days lol, and its very evident its included in the product prices. They could not afford to not charge for shipping. I have found better pricing, even with shipping, for some things - but WSP still has some decent deals. Plus, out of habit, they are still one of my go-to suppliers. I love the reviews feature on their site, I get a lot of helpful feedback from other soapers this way, and I love all the detailed info and notes available. If I were to give WSP any advice at all, it would be to please expedite orders more efficiently (shipping does take what seems to be a rather long time), and to double check orders to ensure the right items are packed. I give them 4 stars, I think they deserve that, I’ve had a relationship with this company for too long to just give up on them now....
