If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a sectional and was quoted 4-6 weeks, that turned into 10+ weeks and ended up never being delivered. Canceled that order. Bought a full size mattress, same company and they tried to overcharge us $100. Had to literally take a picture of the price and show them at the register. Both times I wasn't happy with the service but they took care of it in the end, so for a 3rd time I went back. Purchased a sofa set and they quoted 4 weeks delivery. Surprisingly it was available the same week but had to wait 1 week for delivery, which was ok. On delivery day nearly 4 hrs went by and nobody showed up or called. Called to ask about the hold up since we live in the area and they said they didn't know for sure how long it would be. I asked if we can reschedule since it was getting kinda late and the guy said yes. Calls back 2 min later and says we can't actually have delivery on that day. It'll be another week. I told him I was fine then waiting until 8pm for the sofas to be delivered this day because I didn't want to wait another week and he said OK. Around 730 I called and they still hadn't shown up. I was told that per my request it would be sent next week....on Monday...a day where they don't do deliveries...the manager agreed with me that the delivery date had been changed to a date they don't do deliveries so that wasn't my fault but he seemed to think I was lying when I said I told the employee I would just wait it out with no problems for them to come on this scheduled day. I realize I probably caused confusion by calling and asking about another date for delivery but myself and the employee ended the phone call on the note that I still wanted it delivered on this day, not next week. My husband was present when i was on the phone and is a witness that i stated i would just wait for them on this day. They did say sorry but no minimal discount or coupon or anything at all to compensate me waiting all day for 100% nothing. The manager said he would talk to the employee I spoke to about the mix up but for me it's not about getting someone into trouble. It's the principle of it all. Why was this person allowed to schedule a delivery on a day they don't deliver? Shouldn't a manager check the daily deliveries and make sure everything is on track? Just skip this place if you can. Purchased a bedroom set from them for my 11 year old son in March 2020 paid cash for it and also purchased the 5 year extended warranty for an extra precaution. My sons bed was NOT sturdy at all and over time the slats broke busting up through the box spring as well, the bed was so horrible the feet holding the bed together completely split in half! In January of 2021 not even a year later I called and let them know the situation and that the bed was completely ruined they told me I had to file a claim with Guardian warranty because the damage to the bed was too much and even though it was still under the 1 year warranty that comes with the purchase they would NOT be able to replace it so I would have to file it under my 5 year warranty. I agreed. This is my 2nd claim I have filed! The first claim was denied because I did not have a picture of the bed before it was damaged! Come on! A picture of the bed before? Ok whatever I file the second time with the help of them manager telling me step my step. Mind you I’ve already sent them these pictures before so I screen shot a few of the pictures and take new ones as well, plus I have my original receipt and all. I file the claim and within 2 days I’m denied again because the pictures I took do not have a bar code! There are no bar codes on the furniture only one place and that’s who made the furniture and because the picture is fuzzy they will not accept IT! They already have the same exact picture and preciously accepted it! Not sure what else to do but steer clear of buying from this place! No one know anything! Also I called today to let them know my claim was one again denied and they said that they actually no longer use Guardian Warranty because they were so difficult to deal with! I asked well can that not help me and switch warranty places since you guys did as a company? She said no unfortunately next time you buy something it will be under a new warranty company so you will just have to continue to deal with Guardian until we can get your claim resolved!
