I pick up here all the time great place with nice people! If your loading go down first drive make a right. Then Pull all the way to the end and Nose into parking spot so not to bock docks and sets you up to back into docks. Go check in with your SO# give them info they will call you with a dock when ready. Watch for green after you get loaded go back to office get paperwork and pull out of dock move out towards the drive to seal up so the next truck driver can back in and your on your way! No one here is rude you get back the same attitude your give off so treat people with kindness you will get it back! If your getting loaded late and need to park for the night ask first not much room but they probably will let you if it’s a late load and not a lot of truck...

They don't tell you when you're loaded... yep, you have to keep an eye for the red and green light. Pull out on green and park next to the office. You're not getting any paperwork until your reefer unit goes back to at least "0" degrees. Let's be real now. Some drivers are hauling reefer loads, but the reefer may be old and will take hours and hours to drop at least "0" degrees. Just imagine if you're not to get any paperwork till it reaches -10. They do run closely by appointment times, but I was allowed to park overnight there. I did get into a door two hours early, but they loaded the appointments that arrived after me, but ahead of my appointment time. That is totally justifiable. I pulled out of the parking lot thirty minutes after my appointment time. I would gladly conduct business here again. ...
