Direct Plus Inc — Local services in Indianapolis

While you can get cheaper things at Direct Plus than in other stores, it is such a hassle to deal with them, we stay away whenever we can afford it. The main reasons are as follows:

1. While Jim is a great guy, the other woman, the one whose name cannot be spoken, treats us like she hates us every time we come in. She mocks us and acts as if we are pestering her (when we are paying thousands of dollars in cash). This is for me the main reason. I truly despise talking to this woman in person or on the phone.
2. You have to get your own movers(they give you really bad options) , which adds to the price to the point it might be more expensive than the price at a store. You have to deal with everything.
3. Business seems a little shady.
4. You have to be a member (paying every year)
5. You have to go back a second time to pay...

I have been a member for over a decade. I won't buy furniture at retail prices ever again. I have furnished several homes through my membership, saving thousands. They are constantly expanding their product lines keeping up with changing trends and the quality of their products lines is great. I've been ordering products from Direct Plus for several years. Jim and the other staff are always professional and courteous. We've saved so much money on the items that we've ordered, it makes the very small membership fee worth it. I also like that we can visit local flooring and lighting stores to choose our items and have also ordered a lot of custom furniture at prices that ended up being far less than other stores offer them for.
