Purchased a 1/4 beef package from a benefit auction. Woman called me, took my beef order and said she would call in 7 to 10 days when it was ready. The call never came and we ended up calling the auction seller and he had to contact them. They said they had called me when the order was ready, which was a lie. Terrible customer service. The meat was neatly packaged, cuts were clearly marked and it was frozen solid. Which if they would have called when it was ready I would not be dealing with 25 frozen rolls of burger. I will never buy from a benefit auction again if they use this place. I definitely won't return...

I've never been treated so poorly at a place I do business with atleast once a month . When I arrived I noticed the business owner on his porch watch us pull in. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, we closed up and found the owner in the same spot and asked if he could assist us at which he replied with a firm “no”. Pulling away he had no desire to communicate or even look at us. Will not be doing business with them...
