Horrible Experience. The furniture is dirty! He does not give refunds. He changes prices after delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The mattress has literal urine stains on them. Worst experience ever! No REFUNDS and everything is sold AS IS! Edit: Harvey you did NOT give me gas money. You suggested it but you DID NOT! The mattress that i finally settled with is also a Serta. My receipt says Serta. You have done me no favors. The mattress that I wanted which I also have a photo of, "You stated that I had to pay $50 more for." I will never patronize you again. You DO NOT deserve customers. I can screenshot my call log and text messages as well. There are a lot of UNTRUTHS in your statements. Harvey let's be more professional than you have been throughout this entire situation. The first bed had stains and a SCENT and lent as well. The rails were also broken. Then you tried to deliver it with no screws. How could I set a bed up with No SCREWS? THE PICTURES AND VIDEO ARE EVIDENCE! Not to mention you were very disrespectful. People do not be fooled. You should INFORM your customers, Harvey! Then you complain about installation but you stated at the store that you would install and deliver for free because I paid you in cash UP FRONT. I have witnesses Harvey. The second mattress was just as horrific and not the one that I drove to pick out. Yes, he had me driving 30 miles and attempting to find a truck to transport and exchange the mattresses. I drove multiple days to pick a different mattress and was never reimbursed and when I asked for a different mattress you asked for $50 more. Let's be truthful. He also attempted to bribe me for not changing my review. Also I did not call you first Harvey. You called me after seeing my review! I feel so disrespected!...
